We all have things we are grateful for, but do we celebrate them?


It doesn't have to be life changing moments, it could just be that you had a good day.


You can be grateful that even though you had a shit day, but you got home safely and had somewhere to relax and eat.


If we celebrate all the little things we are grateful for on regular basis it will help change our mindset.


So here's the challenge.


Every day at some stage acknowledge the things you are grateful for.


You can write them down or even just say to yourself, whatever it is your'e grateful for.
